Peter R. Stephan (President): Peter's been involved with retirement plan design and administration since 1975, including positions with some of the largest and oldest independent plan administrators. He is a member (and past president) of the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA) and an associate member of American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA). He is also a member of:

James R. Norman , QPA (Vice President – Consulting and Compliance): Jim is an expert in the technical aspects and requirements of qualified retirement plan structure, regulation and administration. He is an active member of ASPPA and a designated Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA). He is a much sought after authority and speaker on retirement plan design.
Brandie Lord , QKA, (Vice President - Operations): Brandie joined The Pension Group in 2006 as Director of Client Services, focusing on client relationship management and plan design consulting. Brandie’s career in the retirement plan industry began in 1997 with a large international HR consulting firm, where she gained valuable knowledge on effective leadership, operational efficiency, plan design and administration, recordkeeping, and consulting. She is an active member of ASPPA and a designated Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA). Brandie is also a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO).
Professional & Support Staff: The Pension Group hires, nurtures and supports over two dozen professional and administrative staff including experts in customer support and administration. Additionally, we maintain one of the only dedicated IT teams in the business in support of your successful plan administration.
